X Actu is a SaaS service that automatically generates tweets from RSS feeds using artificial intelligence. The service allows you to validate, edit, and publish these tweets on X.

3. Use of Service

• Not abuse the service (spam, illegal content)
• Respect your plan limits
• Validate content before publishing

4. User Account

You are responsible for the security of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are managed via Stripe. Payments are recurring monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for current subscriptions. You can cancel at any time to avoid being charged the following month.

7. Generated Content

Tweets are automatically generated by AI. You are entirely responsible for the content you choose to publish. X Actu is not responsible for content generated or published by users.

8. Intellectual Property

X Actu and its content (excluding user content) are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you publish.

9. Limitation of Liability

X Actu is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service for violation of these terms of service.

12. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.
